Casa Dos Cisnes provides you a home, not a vacation rental
Our villa was designed and organized as a personal home, reflecting the owners’ taste for a refined and gracious living experience. Therefore, guests experience a warmer and more generous atmosphere, unlike most modern, impersonal vacation houses. The design, architecture, artwork and furnishings have all been carefully curated and the staff trained to provide personalized service.
A gourmet experience
Unlike most vacation houses which come with a basic cook (who prepares meals once or twice a day for at best six days a week), the villa comes with our in-house gourmet chef, Mario, who prepares three meals a day for you, every day (unless you choose to go out), using only fresh and local ingredients. Guests are free to choose their favorite dishes, or leave it to Mario to devise a delicious menu. Foodies will delight in Mario’s Mexican haute cuisine specialties with an international flare.
Space for everyone
Spanning four floors, the villa has numerous spaces, terraces, and corners for family or friends to gather all together, in separate smaller groups, or by oneself if solitude is desired. Whether you want to do yoga, watch a game with friends, share a meal together, or sit quietly and read alone, there is a space for everyone. No other Puerto Vallarta villa offers all of these: a living room with fireplace, library off the living room, master retreat room, master bedroom terrace with fireplace, family room with large screen TV, pool terrace with dining, covered bar/grill by the pool with large screen TV, gym with treadmill, Nordic track elliptical, free weights, weight bench, mats, and TV.
Located off the beach
Most guests think they want to be on the beach for the romance of the waves and access to the shore, but in reality, beachside villas come with the sound of constantly crashing waves (which can’t be turned off at night!), and non-family members/friends sharing your beach space (all Mexican beaches are public) and peering into your privacy – along with the security issues that can entail. By contrast, Casa Dos Cisnes – less than 10 mins from the beach- is a quiet haven from the hustle and bustle of downtown and the beaches, where guests can bask in the privacy of the pool deck and infinity pool, all while enjoying the personalized service of the staff. The ocean waves are still blissfully heard in the distance, lulling you to sleep, rather than keeping you awake, all night. Ocean breezes, imperceptible at beach level, cool even the hottest days when you are up in the hills. And finally, the view from Casa Dos Cisnes is truly incomparable, with sweeping vistas of the bay and jungle day and night from all four floors, impossible to observe at beach level.

“I was not a regular Mexico visitor until we stayed at Casa Dos Cisnes. The Villa, the location, the design, the setting, the spectacular views , the service people, and the attention to detail exceeds all expectations. The only problem is we never wanted to leave the Villa. But we did a few outings such as the terrific walking Taco Tour, and an early morning fishing trip and a couple of nights out for diner. The resident service folks are special. Especially the wonderful maid service Lucia. We requested guacamole and chips and ceviche every day before lunch and it is always great. Also I need to mention that this was our second visit to Casa Dos Cisnes. We have not only been bragging about it to our friends and family but we will plan on returning again. We are in the interior design business and we can appreciate the time , effort and attention to the detail at your beautiful Villa”

“Our stay at Casa Dos Cisnes greatly exceeded our expectations- and our expectations were high! The Casa doesn’t show as a rental property- it’s an Owner property that happens to be rented occasionally- the Casa’s artwork, furniture/fixtures and the Spanish architecture were exceptional and impressive. However, the best part of the vacation was the house staff. There are three “live in” staff- chef, “butler” and maid- that cater to your every whim. Chef Mario was so good we only ate one dinner “off campus”- I miss the full breakfasts that he would whip up every morning.
Lastly, the views of Bandaras Bay and the coastline are spectacular- the web site pictures don’t do the property justice. So, if you want to live in the lap of luxury for a week or so, this is the place!”
